The Story Behind GenAnn Impact

Some names are chosen. Others are carried.

GenAnn comes from my parents’; middle names, Gene and Ann. Incorporating their names is my

way of honoring the foundation they gave me and carrying that legacy forward.

Impact represents what I want this work to create — developing people, strengthening

organizations, and helping leaders turn knowledge into action.

Together, GenAnn Impact reflects where I come from, what I value, and the difference I hope to

make.

It’s personal. It’s purposeful. And it’s about impact.
